The Women’s Mid Day Gathering group are collecting warm winter gloves (not mittens) and hats to donate to Love, Inc. Love, Inc. is requesting donated items be warm enough to make it through a Wisconsin winter.
All sizes of gloves and hats are welcome, but the greatest need is for adult (pre-teen and teenage children) sizes. Knitted gloves are not warm enough or water resistant enough to be very useful for the kind of wear and tear that is expected so please consider this fact when making your purchase.
The clotheslines are hanging in the back of the sanctuary with clothespins that are waiting your donations.
Let’s fill every inch of the clotheslines with warm hats and gloves. The Women’s Mid-Day Gathering will pack up the hats and gloves on Wednesday, November 19thand take them to Love, Inc. for distribution.
