Thanks for the wonderful assortment of items donated this month. We delivered 190 cans/packages of food/products to Love, Inc. on Monday, May 4. Among the items donated were 4 packages of diapers and 10 packages of feminine hygiene products. 40 cans of vegetables, 23 cans of pasta/tuna/Spam/beef stew, 10 cans of fruit, 12 packages of pasta/noodles, 9 boxes/packages of cake/cupcake/muffin mixes, 4 tubes of toothpaste, 4 packages of multiple bars of soap, 2 bottles of liquid hand soap, 1 bottle of laundry detergent, and 1 bottle of dish detergent. Other items donated were cereal, fruit juice, flour, rice, pancake mix, spaghetti sauce, soup, soy butter, jam, macaroni & cheese, ramen noodles, Hamburger Helper, rice side dishes, salsa, peanuts, popcorn, snack pudding, Jell-O, cookies, vanilla extract, chocolate chips, salt, cherry pie filling, cocoa powder, and evaporated milk.
Love, Inc. was able to help 350 families with the Food Pantry in April. Each family received about 5 days worth of food. Everything you donate is greatly appreciated!
